The lifting industry, especially the lifting of steel materials, are generally using lifting magnets.
There are three commonly used magnetic lifters: electro lifting magnets, permanent lifting magnets and electro-permanent lifting magnets.
Permanent lifting magnets use external force to open and short the magnetic circuit to achieve the purpose of suction and discharge. Electro lifting magnet is mainly to complete the suction and discharge by powering on or off.

Permanent Lifting Magnet
Permanent Lifting Magnets are suitable for handling steel plates, iron blocks and cylindrical iron materials. Such as mechanical parts, punch molds and various types of steel materials.
Adopting the highest performance magnetic material NdFeB, making it smaller in size, lighter in weight, stronger in holding force. WIth unique magnetic circuit design, residual magnetism is almost zero.
The manual type permanent lifting magnet's handle switch is equipped with a safety button, which can be operated with single hand, very convenient and safe.
Electro Lifting Magnet
Electromagnetic Lifting Magnet is a device used to move steel materials. Its main part is electromagnet. When the current turns on, the electromagnet will firmly hold the steel object and lift it to the designated place. Cut off the current, the magnetism disappears, and the steel items are put down.
The electromagnetic lifter is very convenient to use, but it can be used only when there is current. It can be applied to the scrap steel recycling department and steelmaking workshop.

Automatic Permanent Lifting Magnet
Automatic Lifting Magnet can lift the round steel and steel plate without electricity. It is widely used in the lifting and transportation of steel, the installation and transportation of flat mechanical parts and various molds.
There is a control device above the automatic lifting magnet, which is used to change the direction of the magnetic induction wire inside the lifting magnet.
When the lifter is lifted and then put down, the position of the magnetic induction wire will change to achieve the purpose of demagnetization and restoring magnetism.
