Lifting Magnets

Lifting Magnet or Crane Magnet are a type of device that uses magnetic force to attract magnetic substances, which is convenient for carrying large or messy ferrous objects. Crane magnets are usually divided into the following three categories:

• Permanent Lifting Magnets: Permanent lifting magnet adopts high-performance NdFeB magnet as the magnetic source, with high safety factor and easy operation. Widely used in machinery industry, mold manufacturing, warehouses and transportation departments to transport steel plates, steel ingots and other magnetic objects.
• Electro Lifting Magnets: Electro lifting magnets are devices that use current-carrying coils to make them magnetic like magnets, and have extremely wide applications in daily life. The electro lifting magnet can generate a strong magnetic force, can suck up dozens of tons of iron pieces, wires, nails, scrap iron and other various iron materials. It can easily collect and transport them without packaging, boxing or bundling.
• Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnets: Electro-permanent lifting magnet is a permanent lifting magnet that can be controlled by electric power. It only needs power when magnetizing or demagnetizing. Electro-permanent magnetic chuck is composed of permanent magnet and electromagnet. When the electro-permanent lifting magnet is demagnetized, the electromagnet is energized and the magnetic field of the permanent magnet cancels each other. Compared with the electro lifting magnet, it is more safe and energy-saving.
