GTEK suspension permanent magnet is able to be suspended over all kinds of belt conveyors, vibrating feeders and chutes, this permanent magnetic block is suitable for product flow with a small amount of iron.

Permanent Suspension Magnet Equipped with Manual Unloading Device
Added iron unloading devices such as chains, scrapers, handles, etc. to drive the scrapers on the chain by hand to scrape the ferromagnetic substances adsorbed on the suspension magnet, thus eliminating the trouble of manually wiping the block.
The product has the characteristics of strong magnetic field, large suction force, no electric energy, easy installation and use, etc.

The suspension electromagnet uses the electromagnetic coil as the magnetic source, with simple structure, and the magnetism is generated only when the power is turned on.
We can provide both electric hoist and manual hoist, so that the electromagnet can be moved out of BC width area crosswise, for discharging all metals (by switching-off the power).
GTEK suspension electromagnets are designed to be positioned over equipment such as belt conveyors, vibrating feeders and chutes, it is suitable for magnetic separation of product flow with few iron impurities.
Features
- Designed for deep burden depths, heavy bulk densities, high belt speed, and material with entrapped tramp metal.
- The coil is soaked and cured with special epoxy resin to improve the insulation performance of the whole machine. The fully sealed structure is dust-proof, rain-proof, salt spray-proof and corrosion-resistant.
- The wave fin type heat sink greatly increases the heat dissipation area and effectively controls the temperature rise.
- Can effectively absorb 0.1-30 kg of ferromagnetic substances mixed in non-magnetic materials
