    Nickel-copper-nickel coating

    Nickel-Copper-Nickel Coating

    Nickel-copper-nickel coatings have excellent physical and chemical properties such as corrosion resistance, hardness, and wear resistance, and are exposed to complex atmospheric environments to ensure long-term stability of appearance and internal performance and long service life. For NdFeB, it is one of the most common coatings.

    Features

    • The stability of the electroplated nickel layer in the air is very high. Due to the strong passivation ability of nickel metal, a very thin passivation film can be quickly formed on the surface, which can resist the corrosion of the atmosphere, alkali and certain acid;
    • Nickel electroplating crystal is very fine and has excellent polishing performance;
    • The hardness of the nickel-plated layer is high, which can improve the wear resistance of the surface of the product;
    • The nickel layer is resistant to higher temperatures and can be used in higher temperature environments.
    Bule Zinc Plated NdFeB Magnets

    Blue Zinc Coating

    Zinc Coating is generally thin, and the corrosion resistance is relatively good. After passivation, the zinc coating has a beautiful appearance and a beautiful color. The "bone effect" of the center and corner coating is not obvious, and it can also meet the requirements of products with stricter tolerance . It is applicable to limited corrosive occasions against short-term pollution and discoloration.

    Features

    • Relatively low production costs;
    • Chromate passivated zinc coating has good protection;
    • For NdFeB magnets, it is an anodic coating that provides reliable electrochemical protection;
    • The working temperature of zinc coating shall not exceed 250 ℃.
    Yellow Zinc Plated NdFeB Magnets

    Yellow Zinc Coating

    Yellow Zinc Coating has the characteristics of ordinary blue zinc coating, and has higher corrosion resistance. Can be used in more harsh atmosphere environment.

    Features

    • Relatively low production costs;
    • Chromate passivated zinc coating has good protection;
    • For NdFeB magnets, it is an anodic coating that provides reliable electrochemical protection;
    • The working temperature of zinc coating shall not exceed 250 ℃.
    epoxy resin coated NdFeB magnets - GTEKmagnet

    Epoxy Resin Coating

    Epoxy resin has good physical and chemical properties, excellent adhesion strength to the surface of metal and non-metal materials, good dielectric properties, small set shrinkage, good dimensional stability of products, strong hardness, good flexibility, stable to alkali and most solvents.

    GTEK adopts electroplating nickel copper and then coating epoxy resin process, the product has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance.

    Features

    • With high dielectric properties, resistance to surface leakage, excellent alkali resistance, acid resistance, solvent resistance and mold resistance, it can be used under harsh electric heating conditions;
    • The product substrate and the coating have good adhesion;
    • Electrophoretic paint film has the advantages of full, uniform and smooth coating;
    • Good anti-corrosion performance, salt spray can generally meet more than 72 hours, composite coating is generally more than 120 hours;
    • At present, all epoxy coatings have adopted new lead-free and tin-free epoxy coatings that comply with ROHS standards and Panasonic customer standards.
    Phosphate coated NdFeB magnets - GTEKmagnet

    Phosphating Coating

    Phosphating is used to provide protection to the base metal, to prevent the metal from being corroded to a certain extent, and has the characteristic of no plating thickness.

    Priming before painting can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint film.

    Features

    • It can provide protection to the base metal and prevent the metal from being corroded to a certain extent;
    • Used for priming before painting, to improve the adhesion and anti-corrosion of the basic paint film, with good adhesion;
    • Improve the wear resistance of the workpiece, reduce friction and lubrication;
    • The phosphating film is very thin, so the phosphating does not change the size of the pickled product, and the size consistency is good.
    Teflon Coated NdFeB Magnets - GTEKmagnet

    Teflon Coating

    Teflon has unique and excellent heat resistance (180~260 ℃), low temperature resistance (-200 ℃) and dielectric properties. It has the highest working temperature and the best chemical stability.

    Apart from the molten alkali metal, high temperature and difluorinated atmosphere, there are no other chemical substances that can corrode it. It also has an excellent service life and can generally be used outdoors for more than 10 years. Has a low coefficient of friction, its lubricity is very good, and hardly adheres to other substances

    Features

    • With resistance to acid and alkali & various organic solvents;
    • Features high temperature resistance;
    • Very low coefficient of friction, can be used for lubrication.

    Grades of Neodymium Magnets

    The grade of the NdFeB magnet is a crucial factor in determining its performance characteristics. Different grades offer varying levels of magnetic strength and temperature resistance. To provide you with an accurate quote tailored to your needs, kindly specify the desired NdFeB magnet grade in your inquiry.
