Introduction

Grate Magnets or Magnetic Grids, are a simple magnetic system with a powerful magnetic field, consisting of a single (mostly) or multi layers of magnetic bars, normally installed or just simply placed in the storage, drawer box, hopper and other places where there is limited installation height.

Grate Magnets can capture ferroumagnetic impurities from the free flow or liquid product line, they are commenly used in chemical, ceramic, bulk flour or other powder & grains handling industries. They also suitable for removing the tiny iron impurities in liquid and semi-liquid products.

Available as standard in a number of square and round versions, with special dimensions on request.

Properable design by simulations, optimize the magnet systems you use.

Seamless stainless steel tube, optional from SUS304 or SUS316L, can be used in food or pharmaceutical industry with high hygienic requirements. Special finishing is on request.

Optional outer sleeve for easy clean, by simply pulling the unit with the magnetic bars out of the outer tubes, the captured metal contamination falls off the bars itself.
