Success Case Of Light-Weight Overband Magnet Using On Mobile Crusher
Recently, a mobile crushing station equipped with GTEK MAGNET® RCYQ series light-weight permanent overband magnet was unveiled at the China Guangzhou Sand Aggregate Machinery Exhibition. The exhibition attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors from the mining and aggregate industries. Customer's Situation
The cooperation between "M" company and us began in June 2020. At that time, "M" company urgently needed a batch of overband magnets to remove iron from the crushed material of the mobile jaw crusher.
The required capacity was 100 tons per hour, and the cross belt magnetic separator was required to suspended above the feed port of the B500mm tail belt conveyor.
However, most of the products exsiting on the market tend to be large in size and not beautiful enough. And they bought one for test. After installation, it doesn't match the machines enough.
